📌 How to Enter:
✅ Write a superhero story where the hero gets powers from a your favorite fruit, veggie, herb or spice superfood grown from the ground in Ghana (like plantain, watermelon, groundnuts, moringa, nkontomire, or hibiscus! Choose your favorite).
✅ Explain the nutrients that give them strength and how they use their powers to help someone.
✅ Make it your own! Parents and teachers can help with ideas, but you must write the story yourself. ✍🏾
✅ AI is allowed, but you must tell us if you used it. (Example: “I used AI to help me get ideas but wrote the story myself!”) 🤖
✅ Keep it short! This makes it easy for judges to read. 🎙️
✅ Type or Write. No computers? No problem! You can handwrite your story with neat handwriting and take a clear photo to submit.

Superfood: Ripe plantains (full of potassium for energy and strength) 🍌
Problem: A mysterious villain is stealing all the healthy food from the market!
Solution: Kwame eats plantains to gain super speed and strength, chases the villain, and restores fresh food to the community.
