Terms & Conditions For Vendors
Menu Items: Vendor shall provide a menu of food items to be sold at their booth. The menu items and prices must be approved by the Event Organizer prior to the Event. Any changes to the menu items or prices must be approved by the Event Organizer in writing.
Electricity and Water: The event organizer will make electrical outlets available for vendors who create order and prepay for such accommodations. The event organizer is not responsible for last minute request for electricity. Vendor forfeits Refund request based on Inability to access last minute request items like extra tables, chairs, water or electricity. Vendors are welcome to provide their own solar electricity and water for their booth with permission and approval of the safety inspector. The use of propane tanks may be limited. Please seek reapproval from the safety inspector before bringing any propane tanks onto the premises. Food trucks that have propane tanks installed are exempt from the previous clause.
The Event Organizer shall provide access to a water source if needed. Vendor shall ensure that any electrical equipment used is in good working order and safe to use.
Overnight Security: The Event Organizer will provide overnight security on the night before the Event. However, Vendor is responsible for securing their booth and any equipment left overnight. The Event Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Vendor’s property.
Break Down: Vendor agrees not to break down their booth until the event has closed. Early breakdown could be cause for the forfeiture of your security deposit. Vendor agrees to break down their booth and leave the Event location no later than 10:00 PM [Break Down Time]. Vendor shall be responsible for cleaning up their booth area and disposing of any trash in the pre-defined designated areas.
Liability: Vendor shall be responsible for any damage caused by their booth or equipment during the Event. Vendor shall carry liability insurance and provide proof of insurance to the Event Organizer prior to the Event.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to food handling, preparation, and service. Vendor shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses required by law.
Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any term of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
